The facilitator was extraordinary, we would really need more workshops of this kind (as a matter of fact, in my opinion, this workshop should be ´compulsory´ for all our employees). The environment during the workshop was pleasant and relaxed, I learned a couple of easy techniques to put into practice in my day-to-day business.
